Sports Performance & Athletic Development programs begin with a comprehensive evaluation utilizing our Vertical Jump, Speed, Movement, & Athlete KPI Assessment.
This initial assessment allows us to gather both objective and subjective data that is critical for establishing a clear baseline for your strengths and limiting factors as an athlete.
Utilizing this data, we are able design a training program that is specifically crafted to address your individual needs as an athlete and ultimately remove the limiting factors that may hinder you from peak performance in your sport.
Following the completion of your training program, our POST-PROGRAM ASSESSMENT will allow us to measure and track adaptation to see how you have improved over time.
